Pink Pepper Accommodation proudly offers a variety of on-site facilities, services and activities exclusive to our residents.
 
We cater to the individual needs of NWU Vaal bursary students from their first year to their senior phase at University.
Safe, Secure 
Accommodation
The safety and security of our residents is our top priority. All entrances are strictly controlled with biometric access and CCTV monitoring. Residents are added to the access control system for the duration of their accommodation with us. 
On-Site 
Caretakers
Each resident can enjoy peace of mind knowing that they have a resident Caretaker that lives on-site. They attend to all resident support and care queries, and liaise with the medical services in the event of an emergency.
Individual
Rooms
Our quality studio rooms provide privacy for independent living and focus on studying, while our communal areas create a space where the socially driven students can interact and participate in a wide variety of activities. 
Transport 
to Campus
Pink Pepper operates its own transport service exclusively for its residents. 
The shuttle runs between the NWU campus and our accommodation 12 times a day ensuring convenience and cost-saving for our students.
Kitchen 
Facilities
The Pink Pepper management team has provided full self-catering kitchen facilties for our residents. 
Laundry 
Facilities
Students don't need to worry about finding a laundromat in town, as full laundry facilities are provided on-site in each of our properties.
On-Site 
Activities
Residents enjoy a plenty of on-site activities. Communal entertainment and social areas include Wi-Fi, TV, pool tables, and fooseball tables.

"Pink Pepper is a private student accommodation that is accredited by North-West University. My experience has been exceptional since I got here because there are single rooms, meaning everyone has their own space and privacy, no one is sharing.

There is also a free WIFI available 24/7 for the students to write their online tests, attend classes or just watch anything that entertains them.

I love it here at Pink Pepper because I don’t worry about laundry as there are watching machines which are automatic.

In this accommodation, there is also a playroom where there is a table game available and a TV for those who like watching soccer. 
I love playroom because that’s where I go when I feel like taking a break from studying. The security is very tight here no one gets inside without authority.

I am happy because there is also a free transport from Res to Campus and from Campus to Res at different times so anyone can access the transport anytime when they need to attend or after classes.

Bathrooms are available with showers, mirror, basin and a toilet. There are also separated by gender.

In Pink Pepper, there is a kitchen whereby multiple stoves and fridges are available for anyone to use at anytime, and even a microwave.

Therefore with all this information provided I'm happy to say that my experience in Pink Pepper is/was very good and I can recommend any student who is seeking accommodation to consider this place and come occupy it with immediate effect, this place is located in the CBD, so shops, health care, police services are nearby, no need to worry about transport."
